Hitech Group was established in 1988 as a Press Tool fabrication and machining unit at New Delhi, India to supply fabricated wires/ wire frames to M/s Bharat Seats Limited, a joint venture of Maruti Suzuki to cater their needs for car seats. Initially seats were brought in CKD conditions from Japan and assembled at Bharat Seats Limited. The unit was started with producing only for small 800cc car, which was in existence then with the production level of just 20 sets per day but in due course of time the capacity has been increased to 1800 sets per day.

With experience of more than two decades, progressive thinking, dedicated teamwork, modern state-of-the-art equipment and infrastructure, stringent quality checks and workmanship, Hitech group has climbed the ladder of success much ahead of its competitors and has been the single source of supply of wires/wire frames, stay headrest components for car seats catering to the needs of numerous variants of Maruti Suzuki, Tata, Mitsubishi, Honda and Fiat.

The group is professionally managed by promoters, Mr. Inder Jaggi and Mr. Lalit Jaggi, who are qualified engineers having more than 25 years of experience in the engineering industry.

Hitech as a group consists of Hitech Engineers, manufacturing stay headrest seats components and cold forged automotive components; Mechciv Engineers, manufacturing wires/ wire frames for automotive seats and Hitech Exports, trading and manufacturing fire fighting equipments and accessories for exports.
